Contract Support Pricing

6-10 $699 $ 70 per system 1 hours .75 hr. per sys.
10-15 $999 $ 70 per system 2 hours .75 hr. per sys.
More than 15 On request On request    

 
Notes:
  1. The above pricing assumes all systems are networked, with 1 server, in the same location.
  2. The above pricing assumes all workstations are Win2K or WinXP and all servers are Win2K or Win2K3. Other systems (i.e., Linux, Novell, etc.) will be supported but may incur a surcharge.
  3. We no longer support systems older than Windows 2000.
  4. We require the client to have a broadband connection.
  5. Systems with multiple servers may incur a surcharge.
  6. Hourly rate for additional work for contract clients is $ 80 per hour (normal rate is $ 85).
  7. Phone Support will be provided to any of your staff identified to us during survey or modified during monthly visit.
